Background
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience as a Florida therapist, helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My background spans hospital-based social work, crisis intervention, and behavioral health, giving me a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, relationships, and health can impact mental health and wellbeing. I take a supportive and collaborative approach, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My broad experience includes outpatient therapy for mental health and substance use disorders, inpatient behavioral health, residential substance use disorder treatment, forensic and medical social work.
